Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in German residential real estate, confirms that, as announced in the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019, published on 6 April 2020, Charlotte Valeur, the Company's Senior Independent Director, did not seek re-election to the Board at today's Annual General Meeting and has retired with immediate effect.
Monique O'Keefe, a Non-Executive Director has agreed to assume the role of Senior Independent Director.
The Board has engaged an independent external recruitment company to seek a suitable replacement for Charlotte and is well advanced with this process. Further information will be released in due course.
