PureTech Health Founded Entity Seaport Therapeutics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

PureTech Health plc (Nasdaq: PRTC, LSE: PRTC) ("PureTech" or the "Company"), a hub-and-spoke biotherapeutics company dedicated to giving life to science and transforming innovation into value, today announced that its Founded Entity, Seaport Therapeutics, Inc. ("Seaport"), has publicly filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The timing, number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
