Director/PDMR Shareholding
The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it was notified on 12 October 2022 that Steffan Francis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As a result, Mr Francis's total interest in the Company is now 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
