CORRECTION: DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Further to the Result of Placing announcement (RNS 2690K, the "Announcement") released earlier today, Blue Prism makes the following correction in the table below to Chris Batterham's existing and resultant shareholdings. Mr Batterham's existing and resultant shareholdings were incorrectly stated in the Announcement as 149,238 shares and 151,488 shares respectively.
All other details contained in the Announcement are unchanged.
