Update on Alteration Earth PLC Investment

Further to the RNS announcements dated 24 December 2021, 31 January 2022, and 08 March 2022 in relation to the investment by Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) into Alteration Earth PLC ("ALTE"), Primorus provides a brief update as set out below.

Primorus has agreed to extend the time for ALTE to complete its prospectus and obtain its listing on the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The date has been extended from the 04 April 2022 to the 04 May 2022. 

Primorus has been informed that ALTE has received clearance from the Takeover Panel, and that the prospectus was resubmitted to the FCA late last week. Following this submission, and assuming no material issues are raised, ALTE is expecting to obtain its listing without any further amendments to the timeframe.
