Director's Dealings
The Company announces that on the 10 January 2011 it was notified that on 7 December 2011 that Julian Jakobi's SIPP, the Company's Chairman, purchased 225,346 ordinary shares at a price of 3p per share from his wife, Fiona Jakobi.
As a result of this transaction, there has been no change in Julian's beneficial holding, which remains at 5,336,246 shares of 5 pence each, representing 18.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 28,976,581 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
