Primorus (AIM: PRIM, NEX: PRIM) announces the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a Director.
On 25 February 2020, Alastair Clayton, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 375,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an average price of 2.97 pence per share, representing approximately 0.27% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following this acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 4,750,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
