Primorus (PRIM.L) announces the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.
On 3 October 2017, Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 250,000 Primorus ordinary shares at a price of 0.23 pence per share, and on 4 October he acquired a further 2,750,000 Primorus ordinary shares at a price of 0.25 pence per share, together representing 0.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 70,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
