DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS
The Company announces that, on 6 October 2009, it was informed that on the same day Julian Jakobi, the Company's Chairman, transferred 400,000 ordinary shares into his SIPP at a price of 2.5p per share.
In addition, the Company was informed on 16 October 2009 that Mr Jakobi transferred a further 420,000 ordinary shares into his SIPP, on 13 October 2009, at a price of 2.375p per share.
As a result of these transactions, there has been no change in Julian's beneficial holding, which remains at 5,336,246 shares of 5 pence each, representing 18.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 28,976,581 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
