Further to the EGM Statement released on 24 July 2008, the Board of CSS StellarΒ is pleased toΒ announce that,Β at a Board meeting onΒ 30Β July 2008, the BoardΒ re-appointed MrΒ John WebberΒ asΒ anΒ Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
