Further to the EGM Statement released on 24 July 2008, the Board of CSS Stellar is pleased to announce that, at a Board meeting on 30 July 2008, the Board re-appointed Mr John Webber as an Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

John Webber holds 3,018,168 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
In response to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, John Webber was a director of Profile Media Group plc when it was dissolved on 20 May 2007.
There are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
