Mr. Malamis' responsibility with Premier Research will be the continued growthand development of the US business. Mr. Malamis was previously with SCIREXCorporation in the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager,Commercial Operations. The Company acquired SCIREX as a wholly-owned subsidiaryin July of this year. His more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceuticalservices industry spans all phases of product development and commercialization.He joined SCIREX from Galt Associates where he was Vice President of Sales.Prior to Galt, Mr. Malamis held executive positions with MEDTAP International,PAREXEL International, State & Federal Associates and SYNTHESIS. Mr. Malamisobtained his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Richmond and hisM.B.A. in Marketing from George Washington University. He also currently servesas a Board member and advisor to several early-stage pharmaceutical servicescompanies.
