Cancellation of Share Options Pressure Technologies plc announces that options held by non executive directors over 10,908 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the Pressure Technologies SAYE Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme") have today been cancelled. On 30 November 2007, the Company's non-executive Chairman, Richard Shacklady, and its non-executive director, Nigel Luckett (the "Directors"), were each granted options over 5,454 Ordinary Shares under the Scheme. These options comprised the Directors entire holdings of share options. This cancellation follows a recent review of best practice in corporate governance in which the Board concluded that it would be inappropriate for the non-executive directors to participate in the Scheme.
