Board Change
Pressure Technologies plc (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, confirms that Steve Hammell, Chief Financial Officer, resigned from the Board and left the Group on 31 October 2024, further to the announcement made on 27 September 2024.
The Board is pleased to announce that Sally Millen has been appointed Director of Finance in a non-Board position with effect from 1 November 2024. Sally is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years' experience in senior finance roles and has been Financial Controller for Pressure Technologies since 2022, playing a key role in the implementation of significant improvements to the Group's financial management, controls and reporting.
