Director Shareholding

The Board of Pressure Technologies has been informed that following the admission to trading on AIM of 51,612 new ordinary shares on 18 July 2014, the 1,002,221 ordinary shares held by John Hayward, Chief Executive, now represents 6.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, rather than 7.01 per cent.
