Director's Transfer of Shares
The Company announces that it was informed on 11 February 2010 that Nigel Luckett, Non-executive Director of the Company transferred 7,667 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his spouse, Mrs JM Luckett on 8 February 2010. Therefore Nigel Luckett still has a beneficial interest in these shares. The transfer was transacted at a price of 215p per share. Following this transfer, Nigel Luckett's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 52,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.46 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
