Zulu Lithium Update

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide this update on progress at Premier's Zulu Lithium and Tantalum ("Zulu") project in Zimbabwe.

Highlights:

· Drilling underway

· 2nd drilling rig expected on site this weekend

· Pegmatite intersected as expected in drill-hole ZDD55

· Laboratory equipment expected on site in week commencing 19 July

George Roach CEO, commented," I am deeply encouraged that despite the Covid-19 related lockdowns and travel restrictions in the SADC region, we are making progress in the drilling program that is central to Zulu's Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS").

With the essential elements of Geodrill's camp now established, I look forward to the ongoing expansion of Zulu's camp as we progress into the various other facets of the DFS study".

Qualified Person:

Chris Male, Geologist with Premier African Minerals Limited, has reviewed and approved this release to the extent that reference is made to the Zulu Lithium Project. Mr. Male is a SACNASP and GSSA registered geoscientist with 13 years' experience in exploration and project management, in multicommodity projects throughout Africa.
