Update on RHA Indigenisation Equity Resolution

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") reports that our proposal to resolve the equity status at RHA Tungsten Pvt Limited ("RHA") was not tabled for a decision at the Cabinet meeting of the Government of Zimbabwe that was held on the 27 November 2018. While the Company will continue to actively engage with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development. Premier will now seek a direct and urgent intervention from the President's Office in an effort to reach finality on RHA equity restructuring. The Company will provide further updates.
