Progress Update on RHA

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that following a meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development, a general agreement has now been reached on issues affecting the financing and return to production at RHA Tungsten Private Limited. Appropriate agreements are in the process of being drafted and Premier expects to announce details and a return to production schedule as soon as possible.
