ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, today announces that further to the regulatory announcement dated May 14, 2015, the AIM trading line for shares issued in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Reg S") (PPIR, ISIN USU743121068) will cease trading at 4:30 p.m. (UK time) on May 29, 2015 and the Company will transfer 16,116,162 common shares from the PPIR line to the Company's depository interest ("DI") trading line PPIX (ISIN US7434651060) (the "Transfer").

Shareholders on the Reg S share register at close of business on May 29, 2015 will have their holdings automatically transferred to the USA register and held in book entry by the Company's Transfer Agent until such time that the shareholder instructs the Transfer Agent to move their shares. The shares held in book entry may be moved to CREST as DIs, or a USA register brokerage account, or issued from the USA register in certificate form. Affiliate shareholders will have their shares issued in certificate form from the USA register with appropriate legends.

Following the Transfer, 83,665,402 common shares will trade on AIM under the DI trading line PPIX (ISIN US7434651060) and trade over-the-counter in the United States of America under STKR.

Accordingly, from Monday, June 1, 2015, all ProPhotonix shares admitted to trading on AIM will trade under PPIX, ISIN US7434651060.
