Adjournment of General Meeting
Papillon Holdings plc announces that, the General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held today, 13 August 2021, has been adjourned by the Chairman of the Company.
The adjourned General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. Tuesday 24 August 2021 at the offices of MSP Secretaries Limited, Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH.
