Director/PDMR Dealing
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, was notified on 25 April 2023 that Mr. Roel Smits, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group, purchased 55,000 Common Shares in the Company at a price of 137.5 pence each on 25 April 2023.
Following this transaction, Roel Smits holds 155,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.138 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
