PPHE is aware that its free float has marginally decreased to be below the required threshold for FTSE UK All-Share index inclusion of greater than 50%. The Company estimates that its current free float as of the date of this announcement is approximately 47%.

PPHE would like to express its continued efforts to, and focus on, satisfying the FTSE All-Share eligibility criteria and accordingly will review options available to achieve this.
