In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14, PPHE Hotel Group hereby gives notification that Marcia Bakker, a Non-Executive Director of PPHE Hotel Group, has been appointed with effect from 2 June 2026 as a member of the Supervisory Board of Arena Hospitality Group whose shares are listed on the Prime Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and in which PPHE Hotel Group holds a controlling ownership interest.
