Director's Shareholding
Plutus PowerGen plc ("Plutus" or the "Company") announces that it was informed yesterday that on 29 September 2014 James Longley, Finance Director of the Company transferred 341,999 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name into his self-invested personal pension. The transfer of Ordinary Shares was transacted at a price of 0.5 pence per share.
Following this transfer, Mr Longley's total beneficial ownership in the Company remains unchanged and he retains his ultimate beneficial interest in a total of 47,500,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 9.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
