Ipso Ventures PLC10 September 2007 IPSO Ventures Plc (the "Company") Issue of New Shares The Company announces the subscription by IPSO EBT Limited, the trustee of theIPSO Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), for 22,346 ordinary shares of 5p each("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 89.5p per share. These shares will be used by the Trust to satisfy the grants of shares toeligible employees. The directors of IPSO EBT Limited are non-executivedirectors of the Company. Application has now been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM, which is expected to occur at 8.00am on 14 September 2007. Following Admission, the Company will have 12,557,624 ordinary shares in issue.
