President Energy (AIM: PPC), the upstream oil and gas company with a diverse portfolio of production and exploration assets focused primarily in South America, announces that the resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held earlier today, and as set out in the Offer Document sent to shareholders on 25 February 2019, were all duly passed.
