The Company received notice on 16 November 2015 that Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, purchased 140,000 ordinary shares at 6.5p pence per share on 16 November. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 117,698,197 shares representing 22.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
