Director resignation
Sula (AIM: SULA), the gold exploration company focused on Sierra Leone, announces that Nick Warrell, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, has resigned as a director of Sula and has stepped down from the Board of Sula with immediate effect. Up until 30 November 2017 Mr Warrell will remain as a director and CEO of Blue Horizon (SL) Ltd Sula's 100% owned Sierra Leone operating subsidiary, to affect an orderly hand over of his responsibilities, after which he will step down from the board of Blue Horizon (SL) Ltd.
Roger Murphy, Sula's CEO, commented:
