Change of Director

Sula (AIM: SULA), the gold exploration company focused on Sierra Leone, announces that Howard Baker, currently Non-Executive Technical Director, will be leaving the Company with immediate effect.

John Gould, geologist and Partner at Madini (and Ongeza, Sula's Technical Advisors), who is a Qualified Person under Canadian NI 43-101 regulation, has strengthened his team by retaining the consultancy services of a highly experienced South African-based geologist with significant experience of exploration data capture and analysis in Archean greenstone gold deposits, analogous to Ferensola and elsewhere in Africa. They are together engaged on the data analysis and structural interpretation work at Sula's Ferensola gold project.

Roger Murphy, Sula's CEO, commented:
