Director/PDMR holding
On 20 January 2009, the Company received notification from Robert Adair, a Non Executive Director of the Company, that he has entered into two separate arrangements with Lloyds of London ("Lloyds") in respect of a total of 1,538,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
Through an agreement dated 3 March 2007, he pledged 480,696 ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting commitment at Lloyds.
Through an agreement dated 22 March 2007, he pledged 1,057,804 ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds under a separate underwriting commitment.
Robert Adair is interested in 3,505,425 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.37 percent of the ordinary shares and voting rights of the Company.
