The Company received notification on 29 June 2009 from Robert Adair, non executive chairman of the Company, that, through an agreement datedΒ 29 June 2009, he has pledgedΒ 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting commitment at Lloyds of LondonΒ ("Lloyds").
On 21 January 2009, the Company announced that Mr. Adair hadΒ previously entered into two separate arrangements with Lloyds in respect ofΒ a total of 1,538,500Β ordinary shares in the Company. This new commitment brings the number of ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting agreement at Lloyds toΒ 2,538,500.
Robert Adair isΒ interested inΒ 3,505,425Β ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.37 percentΒ of the ordinary shares and voting rights of the Company.
