Director/PDMR holding
On 20 January 2009, the Company received notification from Robert Adair, a NonΒ ExecutiveΒ Director of the Company, that he hasΒ entered into two separate arrangements with Lloyds of LondonΒ ("Lloyds")Β in respect ofΒ a total of 1,538,500Β ordinary shares in the Company.Β
ThroughΒ an agreement datedΒ 3 March 2007,Β heΒ pledged 480,696 ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting commitment at Lloyds.
Through an agreement datedΒ 22 March 2007, he pledged 1,057,804Β ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds under a separate underwriting commitment.Β
Robert Adair isΒ interested inΒ 3,505,425Β ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.37 percentΒ of the ordinary shares and voting rights of the Company.
