Annual Report 2015, Sustainability Report 2015 and Notice of 2016 AGM
Polymetal International plc (LSE, MOEX: POLY, ADR: AUCOY) (together with its subsidiaries - "Polymetal", the "Company", or the "Group") publishes its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Sustainability Report for the year ended 31 December 2015, and announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Etc Venues, Bishopsgate Court, 4-12 Norton-Folgate, 5th Floor, London, E1 6DQ, UK on Tuesday 17 May 2016 at 10.30 am BST.
In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders on Friday, 15 April:
- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("Annual Report");
- Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice");
- Proxy Form; and
- Notice of Availability - Annual Report.
Copies of the Notice, the Proxy Form and the Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) require that any information in the Annual Report which is of a type that would be required to be disseminated in a half-yearly financial report should be announced in full. Such information has been published by the Company in its preliminary results release on 29 March 2016, and is available on the Company's website at

We are pleased to announce that the non-financial data is prepared in accordance with the Core option of Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI's) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and that GRI Materiality Disclosures Service conducted "Materiality Matters" check of the report. The qualitative and quantitative information that is disclosed in the Sustainability Report and included in the GRI Tables for standard disclosures in environmental, workforce, safety and socioeconomic areas in the reporting scope of the Sustainability Report for year ended 31 December 2015 has been assessed by the external auditor.
