Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The following PDMRs are subject to the Company's remuneration policy which requires certain individuals to defer part of their variable remuneration. These shares are subject to bad leaver forfeiture conditions and one third of these shares will be released from the conditions and made available to the recipient PDMRs after 31 March 2021, 31 March 2022 and 31 March 2023.
