Annual Report and Financial Statements & Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that in accordance with Rules 20 and 26 of the AIM Rules, the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2021 are now available for download from the Company's website, www.polarcapital.co.uk.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 September 2021 is also now available for download.
Both the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are expected to be dispatched to shareholders on 16 July 2021.
