Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Further to the announcement made on 19th January 2017, that senior executives of Polar Capital Holdings plc would be prepared to sell ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Gavin Rochussen, the Chief Executive designate of the Company, notification has been received of the following dealings.
The Company was notified on 23 January 2017 that Mr Tim Woolley, Chief Executive of Polar Capital, sold 350,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding at 300p per share. Following this transaction Mr Woolley is interested in a total of 5,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.63% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this transaction Mr Ashford-Russell is interested in a total of 6,275,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.86% of the Company's issued share capital.
