Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 1,861,804 ordinary shares held in treasury and 62,347,793 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 62,347,793. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
