Pollen Street Group Limited is the new parent company of Pollen Street Limited (previously Pollen Street plc), whose Annual Report and Accounts were published on 21 March 2024. During 2023 Pollen Street Group Limited's only activity was to establish its governance structure and prepared for the Scheme of Arrangement that completed on 24 January 2024. It did not conduct any other business and its profits in 2023 and 2022 were nil.
