The Company is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held on 6 August 2010, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed.
Neil Herbert, Executive Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Polo, said: "Shareholder approval for the sale of the interest in Extract Resources Limited and the investment policy represents an important milestone in the Company's development as the management focuses its effort on other investments.
