Total Voting Rights

Further to the RNS dated 8 August 2018 regarding the award of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to certain PDMRs under the Company's Deferred Bonus Award, the Company confirms that application has been made for 3,383,180 Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange and admission is expected on or around 13 August 2018.

Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 3,307,151,712 Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
