Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') announces that it has been advised that on 16 April 2018 Mr Adrian Coates, Non-Executive Director, purchased 142,255 ordinary shares of ÂŁ0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.995 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Coates has an interest in 142,255 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
