Panther Securities PLC was informed that, on 17 July 2023, Paul Saunders, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 273.33 pence per Ordinary Share.
