5th October, 2006 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Directors' shareholding The Company has been advised that earlier today Andrew Perloff, ExecutiveChairman of the Company, and Harold Perloff granted 60,000 and 30,000 calloptions to acquire ordinary shares in Panther at a price of 367.5p per share atany time up to 5th October, 2011, respectively.
