18 February 2010 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther", "Company" or "the Group") Investment in Beale plc
The Company announces that earlier today it acquired 4,074,493 ordinary shares in Beale plc, representing 19.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of Beale plc, at a price of 40p per share.
In addition, Andrew Perloff, Executive Chairman of Panther, has a beneficial interest in 2,025,507 ordinary shares in Beale plc, representing 9.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of Beale plc.
Accordingly, Panther and persons deemed to be acting in concert with it hold 6,100,000 ordinary shares in Beale plc, representing 29.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of Beale plc.
