Panmure Gordon & Co. plc20 September 2007 Panmure Gordon & Co plc DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING Panmure Gordon & Co. plc ("the Company") announces that, on 19 September 2007,Michael Moe and Deborah Quazzo, Directors of the Company, were each grantedoptions over 207,800 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company under theOverseas Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 181.5p. The options areexercisable between 30 March 2010 and 30 March 2017.
