Panmure Gordon & Co plc announces that the chairman of its US business ThinkPanmure, Michael Moe, has made the difficult decision to leave the Company to pursue other interests and to spend more time with his family.
Mr Moe said: "I'm very proud of what the Think team has accomplished over the past seven years going from a start up to a leading investment bank for the growth economy. I believe strongly the best days for the company are ahead of it and I hope to work closely with the company in my new activities".
Tony Caplin, chairman of Panmure Gordon said: "Michael will be missed, and we appreciate his service to the Company. We wish him the best in his future endeavours".
