Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 1,110,076 shares (7.94% of the voting rights) of Portmeirion Group PLC which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

The increase to 7.94% is due to Ruffer's participation in the recent placing by purchasing 850,000 shares and a further purchase of 70,076 shares by Ruffer LLP on 30 June 2020.
