Portmeirion Group PLC (AIM: PMP), the designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of high quality homewares under the Portmeirion, Spode, Royal Worcester, Pimpernel, Wax Lyrical and Nambé brands, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
Dick Steele, Non-executive Chairman
Dick Steele is a director of CBI Realisations 2020 Limited which entered administration on 12 November 2020. A voluntary liquidator was appointment on 21 November 2021.
Michael Knapper, Group Operations Director
Michael Knapper was, at the time of his appointment as a director of Portmeirion Group PLC, a director of Colony Deutschland GmbH, this was omitted from his schedule of current directorships. He was appointed director of Colony Deutschland GmbH on 13 July 2016.
