Interregnum PLC12 May 2006 12 May 2006 EGM approves name change to The Parkmead Group plc Interregnum, the merchant bank, is pleased to announce that following anExtraordinary General Meeting held at 11.00am today, the resolution proposingthe Company name change to 'The Parkmead Group plc' was passed. Over recent months the business has been significantly restructured and its focus significantly broadened. The Parkmead Group's business is now centred on business turnaround, principal finance and corporate finance activity across sectors which include aerospace, energy, leisure, manufacturing and technology. The name change is expected to take effect from Tuesday 16th May 2006 from whichtime the new ticker symbol: PMG In addition, the proposal relating to the reduction in capital through thecancellation of the share premium account was also passed at today's EGM.
